Account Deletion Guidelines

We understand that you may wish to delete your account from our platform. Below are the available options based on your role:

1. For Students:

Delete Account Through the Mobile App:

• As a student, you have the ability to delete your account directly through the mobile App.
• Once you confirm the deletion, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Steps to Delete Your Account via the Mobile App:

• Open the App and log in to your account.
• Go to the Account Settings or Profile section.
• Select the option to Delete Account.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm your decision.
• Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently removed.
  

2. For Account Deletion via Web App:

Academic Admin and IT Admin Can Delete Accounts:
Academic Admin and IT Admin within our platform have the ability to delete student or instructor accounts through the Web App. Both Academic Admins and IT Admins can permanently remove accounts.

For Academic Admin:

Hard Deletion:

• Academic Admins have the ability to permanently delete both student and instructor accounts via the Accounts Management section in the Web App.
• Once an account is deleted, all associated data cannot be recovered.

For IT Admin:

Delete Students:

• IT Admins can delete students via the Student Management section in the Web App.

Hard Deletion:

• IT Admins can permanently delete both student and instructor accounts through the Accounts Management section in the Web App.

Delete Instructors:

• IT Admins have the ability to delete instructors through the All Instructor section in the Web App.

Important Notes:

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be lost.
